When did you first feel LO move from OUTSIDE?

I felt this baby from the OUTSIDE at 15 weeks, 5 days.

I felt our son from the outside at about 20 weeks or so. I started feeling little flutters around week 16 or 17, but I wasn't sure if it was just gas or not lol.
