When did you start buying baby things? :)

Hi girls, just wondering when you guys started buying things for your babba? x

We bought things when we were TTC, small things like on sale clothing for dirt cheap. Then we stopped until we got our BFP. I haven't bought too much, just things that were clearanced out on the racks. Waiting for our next scan to start purchasing other things (18 weeks) like diapers and things of that sort. Will be putting our stroller system on layaway then as well. xx

We actually started at about 8 weeks. I couldn't wait cause am a very impatient person. Also wanted to help spread out the cost over time since money is tighter for us. Has helped a lot and now at almost 27 weeks have most of our stuff bought and set up and just need to get small things like nail clippers, nasal sucker, etc. Everything else is bought and ready to go. But I also wanted everything ready by week 35, but I also know many women who wait so it all really depends on what you want to do and feel comfortable with.

We started at about 12 or 13 weeks Now we have lots of things. We had the crib, dresser and changing table for about 2 years though when we were TTC. Little did we know it would take over 3 years to conceive!

Still haven't bought 1 item!! I'm 25+2 weeks, and I figured I'd wait for the baby shower to see what people buy for the little one. I guess I could splurge and get him a few outfits and some diapers for now? Something keeps me from doing it, even though I'm super excited...

I buy things when I see them for a really good price on sale. When I saw them on clearance, I bought two onesies (one for a boy and one for a girl) in my favorite color for baby to go home in while I was on my way to my nuchal scan (11w4d), and I bought two very expensive toys at 13w at a buy one, get one free sale at Toys R Us. I'll buy more things when other great sales come around. Also, I always check the clearance section of stores for baby stuff whenever I'm shopping.

We starte when we were TTC too then when we got our BFP stopped until I couldnt resist any longer but now we have agreed not to buy anything else until we know the sex xx
