When do you class the 1st day??

Hi Ladies,

Am TTC baby no 2 & I cant remember when do you class the 1st day of AF? When you start spotting or the 1st day of full flow?

When it can fill a pad is what I've always heard.

first day of full flow. i basically count from day it comes out of me without me having to wipe to see it

Thanks for your replies ladies. I thought that to be the case but has been over 2 years nearly with ttc that I couldn't remember xx

It's first day of flow before noon actually (that's what fertility clinics use)....so if you didn't start filling a pad until like 4 pm...then the next day is "technically" day 1....just in case you want to be crazy accurate! hahahaha...
