when do you move over from hungry milk to follow on?

    Follow on is advertised to "support weaning" and has extra iron so it's recommended for 6m+, when their natural stores start depleting.

    It won't fill LO up as much as hungry baby though so if you're already using that you might not want to switch - there's not really any need if LO has a varied diet when weaning.
