when do you reckon i ovulated please

Hi everyone i have an average cycle of 30 days.

My last period was 7th October...

Iv'e looked online at apps which have good ratings and they have all said Sunday 23rd of October to be my ovulation.

Iv'e been using the clear blue ovulation tests with dual hormone indicator.

* I started tested on cycle day 15 which was Friday 21st which gave me a O (not ovulating)

* I took another test on cycle day 16 and had a flashing smiley face which is high fertile. (Saturday 22nd)

** I ran out of sticks so i have only tested again today Tuesday 25th pm) and its (O not ovulating)

Which day do you reckon i most likely ovulated on please?
