When do you start your maternity leave...

Hi Ladies
Have any of you already arranged when your Maternity Leave will start?

hiya i havnt told my company yet but im thinking of about 6 weeks b4 my due date so ive only got about 2 and half months left at work now xxxx

I started mine at 28weeks due to SPD as I was in a lot of pain and couldn't do much x

I'm hoping to also have 6 weeks off before. So 28 more shifts left not that I'm counting of course XD

Mine is kind of up in the air. I'm not sure when I'll start. I may make the last day in Jan my last day at work. I'm feeling fine and am coping ok at work so I figured I'll just go up until the end. We'll see how the next few weeks go.

Having 6 weeks off before, 2 as holiday and a month out of maternity leave. But the longer I can last the better.

starting maternity leave about 2 weeks before im due adding holiday to the front so will leave mid may but havent finalised with work yet xx

I havent finalised it with work but Im going to start a week or two before baby is due. Its hard because I dont know how tired or up to work Ill feel, and I have to get the bus too so Im not quite sure yet. But I know Ill go stir crazy in the house on my own, Id rather be here!

Im planning to leave end of march which leaves around 20 days before Im due . I will see how it goes

I wanna have next christmas off so I need to work as close to my DD as poss x

Yes if I leave end march i wont have to go back till Begining of Jan 09 that is great suits me fine
