when does cluster feeding stop?

Pretty much every day this week dd has wanted to feed around every 45 mins to an hour Shes been sleeping well at night but I cant get anythibg done during the day.
Its really starting to get me down as I cant spend any proper time with my toddler let alone my husband. Is this normal that she is feeding this much. She is 7 weeks. Any advice would be much appreciated x

Sorry cant advise im stalking this thread though! Our LO is only 10 days and ive had 3 days of constant feeding so far and am hoping there aren't too many weeks of this in front of me
