When Harry met Sally - Question

Maybe this is a little bit of a stupid question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere and wondered whether any of you guys know.

To be able to conceive, do you need to have a 'When Harry met Sally' moment or does it just help if you do?

LOL XD I think so, something to do with the way the muscles contract. Apparently it helps the little swimmers find their way.
