Hey everyone,

I'm sorry I don't post much here anymore. I really struggle to come on here sometimes, which I guess a lot of people can relate to when the test just keeps coming back negative!

Would you wait a year until you tell your GP/Doctor about TTC? It's been 8 months now and I've done all the ovulation tests etc and made sure it was all the right time but no luck at all.

Previous to actually TTC, I had three miscarriages and I'm becoming really worried. I'm 24 and healthy so don't know what is going on.

xxx

Hey, I'm sorry to hear of your miscarriages :hugs:
I would seek a doctor right away seeing as you have had 3 miscarriages...they would probably help you now to see why it keeps happening. good luck and :dust:

It never hurts to ask your doctor. I asked mine when we were just ntnp and I said nothing had happened in almost a year so she ran some blood tests for me to check hormone levels just to be sure. The worst that can happen is that they tell you they want to wait. Good luck!

Thank you ladies. Next time I'm in, I'll mention it to her and see what she says. x

I agree. I would definitely make an appointment with your obgyn to tell them about 8 months TTC and previous miscarriages. Does your doctor know about previous miscarriages? Did you go to doctor or hospital before/during/after m/c? Sorry just trying to get all the info. They may do testing there in their office or they may refer you to a RE. Who can then run blood tests, HSG, ultrasound ect. to help figure out the causes of the previous miscarriages or any other issues going on. They can also prescribe medication for you if you need it.

I agree with everyone else. I would definitely mention it next time you are in, or make an appointment. The initial blood work is pretty easy for them to run and they can see if anything is going on. It was almost a relief when I finally talked to my doctor and we started the process of seeing what was going on. Good luck!!

If I were you I would see a doctor. Better to do it sooner rather than later. At least so your doctor knows whats going on, even if they say wait another few months to come back. They might send you off for some tests in the meanwhile. Best of luck!
