when should?

my LO will be 6 weeks on wednesday and he doesnt sleep through the night yet and hes on 3 hourly feeds and just going on 4oz of the bottle. when should he be sleeping through the night its so tiring but worth it as hubby is taking 4oz but he sleeps for 2 hours an wakes up for his feed an i feel so shattered. sounds like loads of peoples LO'S have been doing great in the night apart from mine . Although he was born 6 weeks early maybe thats why he sleeps 3 hourly feeds x

My 10 month old just began STTN - I wouldn't rush things. Your baby is still a newborn.

I would give it a little longer hun with your lo being 6 weeks early he is still tiny, if you think about it he would have been born anytime now if you had gone to term, so really he is a newborn. That is most likely why he feeds the way he does at the mo. Hang in there, enjoy as much of this stage as you can cause it goes way too quick. He will settle down for you a bit more soon, just give him time.

mines a bit younger (5 weeks) but was 4 weeks prem. There is no way he is anywhere near sleep ng thru the night. He is on 4oz 3 hourly sometimes 2 hourly in the night!!! im exhausted too....they will get there, they are still tiny!! x
