My little man is 4 weeks on tuesday and always drink the whole of his 4oz every 3 hours. I dont want to over feed him but he seems to be getting more and more unsettled after a feed, like he's not getting enough.

What age is ok to start 5oz... his weight on Tuseday was 8lb15

It has nothing to do with age. If he's finishing the bottle, increase it to the next size.

cant believe i have forgotten everything!!! You'd never have known i have actually done all this before!!! haha

It's nearl Impossible to over feed a baby! Give him what he wants and he'll stop when he's full enough.

Every baby is different. My son will be 3 months old on Monday and he gets 5 oz every 3 hours and he's perfectly safisfied.

We were told when he is draining the bottle most of the time to make up more in case he wants a little more. He will either stop when he's had enough, or do like my lo did yeserday, keep going regardless and then spend an hour bringing the extra back up!!

my LO is 10weeks ad on 5oz every 3 hours x

I dont think it has much to do with how old they are, jayden was on 5oz about 5 weeks old, now on 6oz xx

I would say that if he's hungry, offer him more. Isaac has been having 5oz bottles since he was 6 weeks old. He's still having 4 of his 5 feeds are still 5oz.

If he doesn't drink it, you're wasting pennies so it's a win win. Offer more, of he doesn't want it, he won't drink it.

my wee one is 4 weeks today and is taking 5oz every 3 hours....my thinking is that he was draining 4oz every time and was becoming unsettled between feeds so gave him 5oz and hes much happier!x
