When to take asprin?

Thanks babysimpson & sorry for your losses, i know a lot of women on here have been told they dont need it, but took it regardless and are having healthy pregnancies, i dont think i need to either just trying to save going through hell again i guess.

I really want to ttc as soon as but this spotting and bleeding is going on forever and my charting is all over the place, plus i got a positive OPK at weekend but went and bled again, this been going on for 4wks now and im getting frustrated xx

My doc put me on it after having 2 MC, he told me to take it EVERY day except for if I am having my period. He said to stop during that time cause it can cause heavier bleeding. He also told me that once I get a sticky bean that I will continue to take it up until week 36..

Like rabbitchild, I am to take 150mg/day. But, I was told that not only does it interfere with implantation, but it can also delay ovulation.
I have a known clotting issue, too.

please can you tell me what baby aspirin is? what is it for? and how do i know if i should use it?

Littlejenx, aspirin helps if you have a clotting problem causing your m/cs. Otherwise, I don't think it is advised. To be honest, if you don't know of a problem and don't have a family history of m/cs you might want to give it a miss for now. Or at least discuss it with your doctor.
Baby aspirin in the UK is 75mg. In the US it's 81mg.
What I was most recently told by a specialist is that a baby aspirin dose alone probably won't make much difference to me. I need 150mg.

Baby aspirin can also help to grow your lining nice and thick
BUT again I agree that you SHOULD consult with your doctor first
