When to test please ?

I had sex early hours Monday morning and had ewcm that day and on Tuesday I had cramping on Tuesday and slighting cramping on Wednesday but not much cm Wednesday and pretty much none since then either based on the symptoms when would ovulation of likely to accord as trying to figure out when to test as I don't actually know when I'm due on as I recently come of 1 shot of the depo in January and bled for about 10 weeks and not long stopped bleeding few weeks ago
