When to test?

So I normally have a 10 day luteal phase. Yesterday was 10dpo.
I usually have a bit of spotting in the evening on the 10th day, then wake up with AF the next morning.
Last night I had some bleeding around dinner, I had checked my cervix and found blood. It was enough that I used a liner for a few hours.
This morning I woke up crampy and assuming AF was here. But she wasn't.

So my question is, should I consider myself late now or wait until 14dpo?

I think you should wait till at least 12 DPO since that's when most women get their BFP,
