When will I get my money back?

Hi.

I ordered a product from a high street store on Tuesday. A few hours later I recieved a cancellation email stating 'I had failed secuirty checks'

The thing is, they havent debited my account but there is a autherization hold on my money, so my account balance is a lot higher then my avaliable balance yet I have no product Its been two days now.. how long does it normaly take for an autherization hold to 'fall off'

If you want the pram, just give them a call and give them the details they want. We had this too with JL, its just like an extra security for online shopping. Call them and it will be fine.
