When's 1dpo

On my ovulation chart I'm ovulating from tomorrow til a week on Friday? So when is 1dpo? My highest ovulation day is Sunday so is it from then? Xx

1dpo is the first day after ovulation which can only be pinpointed exactly if you are charting your temperature
