i have just sterilised all my bottles ready for the babys arrival and thought i would look at the can of formula and read hw to do it etc. it says on the tin there is a scoop provided in the can but i opened it and i cant see it. unless im being dumb, is it like someone amongst all the powder? that would mean we have to delve our hand in though to find it like some sort of treasure hunt and that seems a bit odd.

its sma formula btw

hey huni.... yup it will be somewhere in there....
what i use to do was put the lid back on and give the tin a bit of a shake n then have another look. OR get a knife n hav a dig around in it... tehe.
takes me bak now..... *ummm* hope this helps huni. xxx

thanks, the knife thing is a good idea i will give it a try :)

It's mixed with the powder??

With C&G, it's attached to the inside of the lid

Cow and gate they have them in the top of the tin, so dont need to fumble around for it xxx

Yea sma is in there somewhere lol i did the same thing wondering where it is! We use aptimil now and its on the lid too! xxx

It's normally near the top somewhere, give the tin a bit of a shake and it normally appears!

With our formula it is normally at the top. I have heard of cans missing their scoop before ... perhaps this happened to you??

Wow you learn something new everyday! I use cow & gate so the scoop is attached to the lid and the powder covered by foil. I just assumed every brand was the same.

we use cow and gate. the built in leveler is SO handy.

Just a thought re steralising bottles...you are going to do them again before you use them arent you?
