which bread?

..do you give to your LO? How much salt does it have in it? I read that we should avoid foods with more than 0.1g of sodium per 100g. The bread in my cupboard says 0.5g per 100g?! How much does yours have? THis may be daft french sliced bread (They dont make a soft loaf like us brits...they do baguettes well but give me a nice soft kingsmill anyday!!)

it says less than 0.1g of "sodium" (not salt) per 100g.
 
We use Smart bread by Dempsters, well that's what we've used so far. It says it has 330 MG per 2 slices, but at most she has one slice (usually 1/2 by the time we pick up what's off the floor :lol:)
