Which day should i count?

Ok so just want some advice from all you ladies as to which day i should count as cd 1? I started spotting in the evening on 31st of jan and then af came as normal the day after the 1st? Which day would you guys count as cd1? The 31st or the 1st? Hope i have not confused any one? X x x

You start on the day of your 1st full flow not spotting - or at least that's what I was told!

I'd count the 1st.

i would also count the first, same thing happened to me this cycle to huns in the evening of the 6th feb i started spotting but it was bright red i wondered what i should do but time i went bed it had started as light light flow so i then counted that night as CD1 but if it hadnt have gotten heavier id have said that the 7th was CD1 for sure xx
