Which days did you take clomid?

Hi All!
So I know that the doctor can prescribe clomid days 3-7, 4-8, or 5-9. My question is, does the day of ovulation correspond to the days you took clomid? For example, will taking it CD 3-7 induce ovulation sooner than taking it days 5 - 9?

Please post your experience with clomid (days taken, dosage, and day of ovulation, if applicable!)

I have taken it (100mg) from 3-7 and 5-9 and ovulate around cd18-cd19.

i had 100mg 2-6 never ovulated til had day28 bloods

I took 3-7 and ovulated 17 in one cycle and 18 the cycle I became pregnant, best of luck. XX

Thanks for the quick replies! My doctor told me to expect a day 14 ovulation so I thought I was out of the game by cd 26 but if I O'd later like some of you I could potentially be only 7 or 8 dpo and still in it. Good luck and baby dust to all!

I took clomid days 1-5 and ovulated on day 5. xxx

i took 50mg clomid days 2-6, always ovulated 9/10 days after last pill so on day 15/16. my 4th cycle was successful and am now 6 weeks pregnant so good luck! x
