Which Ic's to buy?

Hey all! I have been out of the TTC scene for a year and half now *(my son is almost 9 months now!), but I would like to get back to tracking my cycle. I got my period back at 4 months pp, and it's been very consistent other than 2 months ago (26 days long) and now this month I am "late" again with a negative test. I will most likely start tomorrow, but I realized if we are not always going to be consistent with condoms, I at least should know when I ovulate to help avoid until we are ready.

What Ic's are trustworthy these days as well as ovulation tests? I like to buy a lot for cheap.
