Which spelling?!

Which spelling do you prefer and why if you have an opinion please?!

My fave: Annabel
OH fave: Annabelle

Neither of us dislike the other spelling but just what we prefer at this moment!

I just think annabel looks unfinished. think annabelle is prettier because 'belle' means beautiful

Annabel does seem unfinished to me, and I really like the idea of having Belle (beauty) in it as well, so I'd have to also say Annabelle.

I prefer belle to bel but with Anna in front belle makes it look to long with way to many repeated letters... if that makes sense

Definitely Annabelle. This name would be really close to the top of our girl list if DF's parents hadn't named one of their cats Annabelle.

Thanks ladies!! No idea which we will plump for, if any, Abigail is also a front runner at the moment!! Our DD is Jessica so I think both names sound great with that. I would LOVE Victoria as a middle name, is it too long winded with Annabelle though? Also thinking Mae if Annabelle is the winning name!!

I'd say definitely use Annabelle Mae if Annabelle is chosen, as Victoria does make it seem long winded.
