I'm expecting baby 2 on Monday by C-section and we still haven't decided on a name. We have got the list down to 2 - Deacon or Elliott. My OH and LO like Deacon but i'm not sure.

Surname is Jackson, middle name has been decided as John. Which would you choose:

Deacon John Jackson
Elliott Deacon John Jackson

Or another combo? Our LO is called Alfie.

Thanks

Definitely Elliot for me. Good luck with your section! X

I love love love elliot john Jackson
Sounds amazing.x good luck for Monday.

I actually really don't like the name Elliott and would go with Deacon. But Elliott does seem to flow nicely with your last name.

I vote for Elliot only because Deacon John Jackson has every word of his name ending in on, and I don't like the way it sounds. I like Deacon better as a first name though.

I would probably rather call him John Jackson and think that sounds sorta cool!

Thank you - OH has said today that he prefers Elliott now too. But he's not sure how to spell it LOL

Deacon Jackson is too many "un" sounds for me.

Elliott

I love the spelling Eliot as in T.S, but everyone would spell it the more usual way with two ls and two ts so I'd never use it.
