white bits in urine? and other symptoms

So for about a week i havent been feeling right. My af is due in 8 days. 2 days ago i had a pulling burning pain in my left side lasted about 30 mins on and off. Then next day felt nauseated in the morning. Few cramps. Been very hot also measured my bbt in the morning its been 37.2 I then thought ok let me just test even though its early. So i did a wee in a cup and then saw white bits in my urine?

Has anyone else had this?

hey, here's hoping they're all signs of bfp for you! However, I do know that white bits in urine is protein and they will always be in the urine if you fully empty the bladder, just sometimes more than others, you'll see more if you haven't drank enough fluids
