Who can sign my provisional?

I'm applying for my provisional and OHs auntie says she can do it, she's a foster carer and also looks after her husband who is on disability.
I've searched and searched and cannot find anywhere that says she can do it.. Does anyone know if she can? X

That should be ok as she isn't related to you directly. I got a family friend to do mine.

They have to be in certain jobs though don't they? I just find out if 'fostering' is part of the list x

Fostering isn't a profession? Neither is being a carer

^ that's what I thought but she's adamant, I've got a friend who owns a barbers that can do it but OHs auntie keeps telling me that fostering is in the 'public sector' so she can 'definitely' do it. I have no idea so can't tell her she's wrong x
