Who is doing cambridge diet??

I am starting this today. Off to see my consultant later to get the shakes & then im going to start & try to remain focused through the whole thing.. I know i am going to struggle to start with

I have just over 2.5 stone to lose

Who else is doing it? How long have you been doing it & how much have you lost? Have you had days when your struggle?
