will i ever be a mum again?

Oh, I'm so so sorry for your loss!!! :hugs:

Sometimes it takes a long time for our bodies to jump back to normal post-partum, have you considered taking a supplement to boost your body, like vitex?? It helped for me when my cycles weren't resuming properly after a miscarriage. I took it in the form of Fertilitea, both times I used it, I got pregnant on the first cycle. It's available in Canada & the US on earlypregnancytests.com. I know some women in the UK found it too, but I'm not sure where. Google might be a good place to start. I really hope you get your rainbow baby soon! All the best! xox

Hey Lemonsweets, I am very sorry for the loss of your son. I had a miscarriage in July 2013 and my period didn't return for almost 2 months - 66 days to be exact. As you've had a live birth I am assuming that it will take time, at least that is what the doctor told me - for your body to return to normal. Talk to your doctor about what they can give you to jump start your period I remember my doctor said there was something I could try if it had been over 3 months I don't know if that might interfere with your cycle more. Surely you will be a mum again, you conceived and successfully carried baby to term before, though the outcome was so tragic and heartbreaking; I am sure God will bless you very soon. Feeling your grief and pain right now. Be strong and take all the available support and time you need for your healing xxxx

I'm so sorry for your loss hun sending you the biggest hug :hugs:

Sometimes it can take a while for our bodies to settle down after having a baby and I know it can be so frustrating especially when you want to ttc. My suggestion would be to give it a couple more weeks and if your cycles don't return see your gp who may be able to help.

Are you doing anything to track ovulation? X

For sure, well as best i can, my periods were irregular before i fell pregnant so theres no telling if they will be the same.

I had what I think (and hope) was a bit of inplantation bleeding monday evening and it didnt turn out to be a period.
Going to wait a week or so and see the outcome of that if nothing i'll go to my GP.

Fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed the spotting was implantation bleeding hun. x
