Why cant i get a signature?

Hoping an admin can advise..
I used to have a pregnancy ticker and removed it but now i cant get another ticker.
It says at the bottom of the page im not allowed html
Can I please get help or access so I can get a breadtfeeding milestone ticker.

You need to use BBCode. It's the one with the [ ] not < > Hope that helps
