i thought wifi (on mobile phones) was free to use?!

my dad is looking to buy my mum a phone, was looking at blackberrys on phones4u and it says it comes with 3 months free wifi?

i always thought it was free anyway because you are connected to a router?!

any help? dont want to get it if she has to pay to use internet x

Oh I have PAYG and the internet wi-fi is free but if I dont top up by the next month I get charged £1 for 3GS xx (I dont let this happen lol)
