Wierd mouth

This mornin when i woke up my DD had loads of white stuff in her mouth.. ( it looked like she had eaten loads of loo roll!) i though it was thrush/... even though she didnt have anything in her mouth last night.

However 10minutes after waking up it was gone :S

Does anyone have any idea what this could be...

i mean she is fine now and has nothing in her mouth.. i am completely dumfounded to what this could have been!!

It sounds like she could have brought up some curdled milk and just not spat it out?
