They just died at 14 weeks with Christian in 2004 I started bleeding at 17 weeks I ended up getting an infection after delivery due to having carried him so long dead. Then with leilan she died at 14 weeks and at 15 I had to go into the hospital with a migraine and they could not find the heartbeat, did a sonogram and she was dead. No reason no explanation just gone.

So its right about this time for you, my heart goes out for your for your losses. Hopefully this is your forever baby!! Do you have a doppler??? That way you could hear your baby everyday to know that its okay. So scary that they just died without any reason.

I have a cheap one from babies r us but I do not have any transmission gel and am not sure I am hearing the baby versus me

woo hoo for second trimester!! can't believe my ticker is saying 15 weeks already!

ttcstill I am sending you lots and lots of sticky dust... I hope this baby sticks tight and you have a great pregnancy. Can you get transmission gel online? would be nice to be able to get that reassurance every day x

DrGomps.. ooh maybe a girl?! I've got my next appointment on the 17th and she usually does a scan each visit so I'm hoping that I get to find out then!

ttcstill, ultrasound gel is super cheap..and babies will sound much more different then ours...it will be faster...like a train chugging or horses hooves...ours is slower/louder and the placenta sounds like waves hitting the shore...LOL!

Ooh Nyn, my scan is on the 18th, so we will find out around the same time!! Fx'ed its a girl, the skull looks girlie to me!!
