Wishful thinking?

I woke up this morning with period type cramps and a backache. The backache has got a bit worse even after a bath and I just generally feel jolly uncomfortable.
Could this be the start of something? Or is that wishful thinking?

could be hun, just keep an eye on it and if it starts to peek and dye down at any point start timing it
