So yesterday at 10 dpo I woke up at 7:30. That is early for me. I am a night owl and stay up very late. My SO is the same. Luckily we can do this and not have to worry about income. We are very stable.
Enough of the disclaimer.
I went to sleep pretty close to 4 a.m. and woke up at 7:30 and could NOT go back to sleep. I was up for the day and didn't get sleepy until around 11 p.m. It was so strange. Anyone else experience this?
