My Baby is 3 weeks old and never goes to sleep until about 4am. I have tried feeding at diff times and then sometimes ust constantly feed cause I think she is feeding up to go to sleep but still she stays awake! She will eventually fall asleep in my arms or on the bed but as soon as I put her in her moses basket she wakens. Anyone got any tips??

how is she sleeping during the day? When are her naps?

when jacob was new born, We bathed him woke him about 9pm just kept him up with diff sounds etc, then bathed him at 11pm-midnight so it would tire him out then we gave him a bottle winded then he would pass out as really tired. It took a few days of doing this for him to break being awake from midnight till 4am :dohh: then gradually we pulled the bathtime earlier and earlier as the weeks went on XxxX

Sounds like your baby may have his days and nights a bit mixed up. I am curious as to how he sleeps through the day as well.

She has slept great during the day today, after every feed she has napped. usually once she goes down at 4am she will sleep til about 7, then feed and be back down again for 8.30am until about 11.30, then waken again to be fed.

We used to find that Thomas would fall asleep on us and then wake when we put him in his crib. We started warming his sheet with a hot water bottle (making sure it was not hot but warm) before we put him into bed - imagine going from warm Mummy to cool bedclothes! It really did make a difference.
