woolwich

No it's not someone tweeted a pic it's a scally guy with a minor stab wound xx

My OH was absolutely disgusted after he put on a little cartoon on youtube for Ivy last night and at the end of the video was a link for the video of the fucking murderer with a bloody machete in his hand! Can't youtube control what links appear on kid videos?! Its bad enough that the video has so much coverage anyway but I would be so upset if Ivy saw it.

Nearly a year later i decided to read through this whole thread, A lot came out at the trial i think.. i am pleased Lee Rigby got justice... (pray they mean life means life)

Woolwich has settled down a lot now. no news people all over the place, no people gathering at the spot he will killed, there is still preaches in woolwich town center.. both muslim and christian.. but not as extreme as it was tho...

I did. Was just stating I'm in Woolwich too

My partner was on the bus behind what happened and saw it. She also sat on the bus for an hour with a woman in labour. We met her and her baby a little while back, which was lovely as Amy had been so worried that she hadn't been able to get an ambulance (obviously) and the police had had to take her
I have to say I was pretty amazed with the way Woolwich responded. I hate that when I happened people were like "typical Woolwich" when really that sort of attack is not typical of anywhere. What IS typical Woolwich was the swathes of flowers and tributes that appeared. Tesco and the market sold out of flowers because of people paying their respects. THAT is typical Woolwich.
