I have just started back at work last week. I'm not ready to give up bfing yet so have been lent an electric pump and been pumping at work. Only problem is i'm not getting as much as she drinks, I have some milk in the freezer for storage that i'll be using so it's not that.
I get plenty when it's my first day back but when it's 2 or more consecutive days the amount gets less. I can normally have my milk still coming after 5mins each side, but it doesn't feel like enough. I try to express every 2-3hrs as she will feed every 2hrs (which I know is every 4hrs between feeds for one side). How do you manage to keep your supply up? I know the answer is probably express for longer than 10mins but I am a manager at my store so don't like leaving my staff alone for that long.
More of a sook really. This is stressing me out.
