Working out a budget

i havent been off on maternity yet but i have worked everything out using calculators online, we wont be eligible for any tax credits when im on maternity only child benefit, but when i go back to work (im going back full time for a year while we ttc for #2 hopefully!) we will get some money which will almost cover the cost of childcare as i will only need it term time due to working in a school
