Working out: two weeks from labor today

I feel good and my episiotomy seems to be healing well. Can I start lifting weights and working out today?

Anyone workout at two weeks after delivery?
 
I wouldn't recommend more than going for walks or light runs until your stitches are all gone. Lifting weights could tear open your stitches and delay healing.
 
It's generally recommended to wait until your six week checkup to do anything too vigorous. As the PP said, you could go for light walks if you're itching to get active.
 
I would wait. Although you feel well you will still be healing inside.
 
I felt good right away, too. But especially with an episiotomy I would wait. Not worth risking interfering with the healing IMO.
 
Your not supposed to anything like that until at least six weeks.
 
I did light exercises at 2 weeks PP but was no stitches this time.. at 6 weeks PP I started back at the gym for light cardio etc just take it easy x
