Worried about gaining too much weight.

cybermum, with the calories, try and have some maple syrup on weetabix or some toast and butter. Also maybe some fruit with the weetabix (I should practice what I preach :dohh: ) Soup is also filling and light on the tummy with a roll xx

I have been gearing myself up each morning to try and eat more but this nausea/tiredness/headaches have knocked it out of me.
I did eat some grapes before though,keep telling myself small bits through the day all add up :-)

I think I am suprised because both last PG's I ate anything that wasn't nailed down.
Saying that,I am 11 weeks and that could start anytime,lol

Soups are a good idea,that may work for me right now,thanks :-)
 
I was on the slimming world diet before getting preggo. I carried on for a few weeks but it was too late after work and had bad ms. But I do know that u can carry on right through your pregnancy on the diet. you have to get your midwife to sign consent form each time you see her.
