Worried that something is wrong!!!

I'm 5w1d today and I've had the most painful and frequent cramping today than I have had since I found out I was pregnant. I haven't had any bleeding yet, but I took a CB digi. It came back and said 2-3, but my levels on Saturday were 2200. So they should be at least 4400 today. Don't CB digi's say 3+ at 2000?

I'm so worried!

Your pregnancy test is not overly accurate for HcG levels, and many things like how much you drank and when you took the test can impact on their results.
Some cramping is normal in early pregnancy and as long as you are not having bleeding then everything is probably going just fine.

If your pain is severe though it is probably worth going to A&E to check it out.

I had just had a 500mL water bottle about two hours before. But I haven't had as much water today as I usually do.

Could that be causing the bad cramps?

Possibly? Maybe you're a little dehydrated?
Having that much water in the time before testing could've impacted on the test result.
