Near the opening of my vagina, like the hole where OH puts him member, (idk what it's called) seems sortta swollen. It feels like there are tough lumps of muscle under my skin..

It's not painful in any way, I do get boils around that area but I know for sure these are not boils.
Should I go in? My next appointment is in 3 weeks.

What do you mean by boils? Maybe you have a yeast infection or some other type of infection.. I had a yeast infection a few weeks back and my vagina lips(like the inner ones) were really swollen :/

I have I think what my doctor called cyst boils, like hard painful balls of puss under my skin. Gross, I know.
If I have a yest infection, would it show up on my urine test at my doctors appointments?
I just had an appointment this morning.

No they would need to take a vaginal culture/swab. Urine would show a uti..and I see, I doubt it is cysts then, cause they are rounded a bit..I have had one before-ouch!
