Worried

hey everyone can anyone help me on this, i didn't have my peeiod last month and im confused on this month if its my period or if its implantation bleeding tuesday the 16th i woke up with very little pinkish fluid, it wasn't red. I usually start my period on the 15 or 16. I tested a week before and it came out negative yesterday i tested and it came out negative the pink fluid has been going on its 3rd day now and its not heavy at all the 1st day i did have a mild cramp but it went away. Can anyone help me what could it be?
