i have been testing since cd 7 and glad i did because im only on cd 11 and getting pos opks so by thursday i should O. i would have missed it if i wouldnt of tested i thought for sure i would O on friday. so i guess we will b BD-ing 2morrow morning and thursday morning. tha should be good for the next few days

I forgot if you mentioned this, but are you taking soy this month?

I know what you mean about peeing too early im only on cd10 and I couldnt resist the urge to poas today.............it was negative for ov obviously too early

I did a test on cd 10, had a very faint second line, and I did one today ha ha line is still faint but about twice as dark as CD 10. I'm excited and would be happy if I get a positive at CD 16 since before trying soy I ovulated on CD 18-21 or 22 sometime around there and start my period a week later.

Okay i was only gone for 1/2 a day and all of these replies!!! I decided i love the CBFM.. it seems to put my mind at ease and I don't think so much about having to BD.. it gave me 2 highs in a row so far, so we will see what tomorrow will bring.

Adding to the discussion about having children close in age.. i'm sure my opinion will change but right now i'm thinking 1 (hopefully soon!) and another about 5 years later!

Anyways, we should keep each other updated.. we all seem pretty close in our cycles!! BFP's all around this month!

I always wanted a CDFM. But every time i think about buying it, im like im gonna end up getting pregnant and never get to use it, and waste all that money! ha ha

I ended up buying one off ebay for $60 and just sterlized it really good when it got here... i figured it was worth a try and that way i wasn't spending as much on it! I plan on passing it on to a friend when i am done with it (hopefully soon!) haha

I actually just looked on ebay for it yesterday. lol used doesnt bother me, its not like they are giving me the stick they peed on. But dont you have to buy the strips also? When i looked it seemed like the strips cost more than regular OPK's

Yea i think they are around $40 (canadian) per box of 30 which lasts me 3 cycles... the one i got had a sealed box with them so i haven't had to buy a box yet! its worth checking out.. maybe just keep watching ebay!

i take it because 1 im IR and have pcos the hormone only kind but have extremely long cycles because i dont O on my own. i have to take provera to start a new cycle. my RE said she was was going to prescribe it to me but my insurance wont cover it and i dont want the whole clomid thing on my charts...ive done all my research on it and everything. so i was going to get it but just did it this way so its cheaper


oh and the soy never did anything...soy u can buy at walmart or vitamin stores. its half of what clomid is and u take it just like that. dont take it with any other pills that help with ovulation....






p.s i think im going to O from both sides, i feel it comming on both sides

I think that only 30% of women feel ovulation pain ( I forget I read a stat somewhere). I never did! I have also heard that you can check your lymph nodes and they will be enlarged on whichever side you are ovulating. Theres plenty of other ways to tell if you are ovulating!

I never had an ovulation pains, or any symptoms really. I know I do from blood test, and OPK's I just ovulate pretty late in the cycle leaving me a 7-11 day luteal phase. My mom did clomid for 3 months, and got pregnant with me and my twin sister! lol

i cant stick with charting hun. i think my best bet is doing opk's i wouldnt of known i was o-ing today i was thinking i was for sure going to o on friday. its alot more easy...

I tried OPKs but seeing as I dont have an AF I just had to take them at random. then i ran out. I havnt got any more. it sucked coz the last one I did was darker than the others i wish i had more lol

ooooh no that sux. my cycles were all over the place too but this time i got clomid and about 40 opks and 20 prego test the IC's but it worked so im happy. i took provera to get me started then clomid and opks from cd 7 and on cd 11 i got my first +
