Hello all! Since becoming pregnant, I can smell everyyyything. I'm talking , I smelled my husband open the mustard jar from a different floor of the house. Lol Smells really bother me. Our garage is connected to our house. My dh races motorcycles so our garage always had a tiny bit of fuel smell which never bothered me before. You can't smell it inside the house at all. Until now. Now I smell fuel constantly. Dh even took all race equipment out of garage to help. I still smell it. No one else smells it. My question is, could this be harming baby? I know gas fumes are not good, but they must not be strong as no one else can smell it. Dh has done all he can, but there is nothing more to take out of the garage. I guess the smell just lingers. At least for me. Should I be concerned? Upstairs where we sleep, I don't smell it. But the first floor and garage are terrible to me.

I wouldn't worry, if it didn't bother you before pregnancy the chances are the fumes are barely there. You'd have to be inhaling it a lot to do serious damage.

If no one else can smell it, it is probably really super dilute and should not be a problem.
