Would you buy a used stroller?

Update: Decided not to buy the used stroller. One thing I hate about buying used things off of strangers is that some people (actually many) can be dishonest. I clearly asked her if there were any rips, tears, or stains. She said "no". I took a closer look at the picture and saw a very noticeable huge stain on the front seat. I dont know why I overlooked it the first time. This has happened to me more than once, people advertise their stuff as perfect only for it to turn out filthy and disgusting.
