Wrapping a bike?!

How? I was looking for one of them back sack things. I remember seeing some last year in the pounshop and I'm sure they were bags you drop over the bike.
Any ideas what it's called, please?

I think they are just called bicycle gift bags, if I'm remembering correctly.
