WTT until 'I don't know when' club

I have seen lots of clubs for people waiting until certain dates and counting down the days, but I can't join because we have no date yet. We think about 6 months but if things change it could be 3, or 9 or even a year
This thread is for all those who don't know when if you would like share this frustrating experience!

Hi Bambi, Yeah mine too, he has now said he wants to wait til at least his birthday, which is July. 'stamps feet'

Awww hopefully he'll change his mind and you can start TTC earlier. I keep mentioning months we could start to him but all I get is a maybe I got a maybe for April a couple of nights ago. He has 3 kids already and th youngest turns 5 at the end of March so I'm hoping he'll realise that he isnt his lil baby anymore and kick start his broodiness lol

oooh can i join this club??? we have no date for a really stupid reason, mainly OH desperately wanting time as 'marrieds' and a snowboarding holiday in jan 2011. I can't decide whether I think i'd be ok with staying at home on my own preggers if we started end of next year and it happened quickly or whether we should just wait until he comes home. but that seems aaaaaaaaaaaggggggggeeeess away!

My name is Brooke, and I'm 17 (18 in less than two months!) and OH is 18. We've been together since October 4, 2008, and plan on staying together for many Octobers to come! He's joined the US Navy, and has a ship date of May 10, 2010, while I may be going to university in August, depending on whether or not I get a full-ride scholarship. Because of how uncertain my future regarding school is, we're waiting either until after I'm done with school, or until I'm done with my commitment to the Navy (if I get the scholarship I applied for).

I have no idea when. OH wants to be out of school (I don't care) and married (uuugghhh.... I don't care!) and stuff before we get going. Oh yeah, he's also one of those "let's wait until we're in our 30's for kids" people. I don't think so, bud. -_-*

Count me in! My DH and I said we would wait until after we were married 3-5 years. We're at 3.5 yrs now. We also said we'd be out of school first, which we thought would have happened by now. Now, we're tentatively scheduled for somewhere between Jan and Sept 2011 or infinitely thereafter! AGGGGHHHHH! He barely wants to talk about talking about it until we get out of school, which drives me nuts!

I guess this is me. I cannot have a date because I have no idea what the future will hold- well no one does but me a lot less. I don't know what qualifications I'll get, whether I go to university and where, what course I will do, if I'll get a job at the end. I don't know if I'll have money/a place of my own. I could end up a homeless drug addict, or never find the right person (if me and OH break up, touch wood we don't), or even find a job I love so much, I don't want to stop doing it for kids. I doubt it would happen but it's silly making a date now because all that will happen is it will get pushed back and back as things arise and I'll get frustrated. So in short, I have no idea at all- could be as little as 3 years, could be decades.
