WW diet on a budget....

Im back on the WW today and would like to know if anyone makes meals up and freezes them as i am on a tight budget atm and what recipes would they suggest? Thanks x

I do the spaghetti bolognese, any soup, chilli, filling for cottage pies, stews and casseroles, all either WW reciepes or old ones that I have tweaked on the receipe builder on esource.
