WWT after coming off Pill

Hi All,

I have only joined today, and this only my second post.....so hello all!!

I came off my pill (Cerazette) only yesterday and I don't know what to do now.

Should I wait until my periods come back (didn't have any/many while on cerazette) or would it do any harm to start TTC now? My only concern is, by not knowing my cycle at all....when would I know if I was pregnant or not?!

Would love to hear from anyone who has been in my situation

Hello and welcome!
It's usually easier if you let your body re-regulate itself before TTC. It could take one cycle or or three cycles or more depending on your body.

www.fertilityfriend.com is a good place to start learning about and charting your cycle and when you ovulate and such. It makes everything much easier and less stressful when you know what your body is up to at each part of the cycle.

I had 1 cycle after the pill (stopped for other reasons) before deciding to ttc. I've read somewhere that you should allow one cycle after certain pills as it increases the risk of mc, but I can't remember which pill. Try reading/asking on the ttc board as well. Good luck
