Yay for Fenugreek!

Well I have been taking it for 2 months but my friend told me a couple of day ago you can take up to 4, 3 times a day. I was only taking 2, 3 times a day. So on Mon I started with 4. OMG the diff is amazing. My dd has been filling herself up in about 20-30 mins. At night I have been giving her a bottle of formula at 9pm to get a break from her constant feeding.

Well last night I fed her from my right boob until she fell off and went to get her bottle. She less than an ounce of it and threw some up. Then I took her to bed and she slept for 6hrs!!!!!!!!!! Then this morn she filled herself up again and is asleep on me! It's amazing!

Fantastic babe!!!

Laurie you can get it from good health food stores. Dont follow the dosage on the bottle though - you need to be taking 3 or 4 pills 3 or 4 times a day to see a difference. I'd start with 3x3 and see how you get on

I got mine from Holland & Barrett. It's £7.49 for 100 610mg capsules. I can't believe I was dumb enough to follow the bottle dose and I should have just asked on here
